My lock does not have any letters. It only has 2854 what key should I use?

Since your Sears X Cargo roof cargo box has lock 2854 you will need replacement key # THKEYN2854. The lock does not have to have a letter in front of the number for the key to fit.
One tip I can offer is that if you insert the key and it does not turn that means it is not seated all the way in the lock. You could use a mallet to gently persuade the key all the way in so that it will work.
