Could 2 Kayaks be Carried on the Darby Watersport Carriers # DTA944-968-924
Question:
assuming the roof of my pickup will support the weight it will!, and assuming i purchase 3 additional foam blocks I will! Can I carry a 9.5 foot kayak and a 14.5 foot kayak at the same time with the DTA944-968-924?

That would depend on the width of your two kayaks. The width of the upright hitch bar of the Darby Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier w/ Hitch Mounted Load Extender and Single-Bar Roof Rack # DTA944-968-924 is 48 inches. If the width of your 2 kayaks side by side is less than that you should be good.
This comes with foam block, which for two kayaks you would want three more blocks like the Malone # MPG172.
For additional straps you could get the part # Y05006.
