B and W Companion Hitch Recommendation for a 2010 Ram 1500 Short Bed
Question:
I have a 2010 ram 1500 crew cab they have the short bed. I have the B and W turnover ball installed and was using a convert a ball adapter to pull our fifth wheel camper. The chucking is terrible! Which companion hitch do I need? Also will that hitch work on my brothers 2009 chevy crew cab w/ the same turn over ball?

The B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3400 that you referenced would be exactly what you would need. This would install in the bed of your 2010 Ram 1500 that has a B and W Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch installed and would let you tow your fifth wheel trailer.
This hitch also has a slider so that you can make tight turns with your short bed truck. I attached a review video for this hitch for you to check out as well.
If your brother has a B and W Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch in his truck this hitch would work in his vehicle as well.
