Would an ATV Wheel Bolt Up to a Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System
Question:
Is it possible to use ATV wheels with this system? I am looking at 12inch wheels with a 5/4.5inch hole pattern and a 2+5 off set.

An ATV wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern would bolt right up to the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # A12WS545 that you referenced has the same bolt pattern. Your offset means the wheel would be further away from the trailer so it should clear just fine.
On a trailer we strongly recommend the use of trailer wheels and tires since they are specifically designed for use on trailer and an ATV wheel is not rated for the vertical load that trailers will see.
I would recommend the Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel # AM30660. This is a 12 inch wheel and tire with the same bolt pattern as you need that would be rated for use on a trailer
