5.30-12 Trailer Wheel and Tire Recommendation to Replace a 4.80-8
Question:
4.80-8 4 on 4 bolt pattern to upgrade to 12 I have plenty of room under the fender. This is for a Coachmen Clipper Express camper. Should I go for a 4.80-12 or 5.30-12 tire? I heard that 5.30 are much better tires... Please advise

As long as you have the needed room to go to the bigger 5.30-12 tire over the 4.80/4.00-8 I would go with it over the 4.80-12.
The 5.30-12 will be taller, wider and have more capacity. This will be about 6 inches taller than your previous setup.
For a wheel and tire combo with a 4 on 4 inch bolt patter I would recommend the part # AM30780.
