I have a rbw 15k fifth wheel hitch and rails just need the hardware kit I am putting it in a 2005 dodge ram 2500 quad cab with a 6foot foot bed was wondering if they just have the bolt and L brackets in a kit

The best recommendation I could make for you would be a fifth wheel rail install kit like part # RP50140-58 that includes rails. Here's why, we don't carry RBW kits and we can't recommend you mix install bracket manufacturers with different brand fifth wheel rails.
The part # RP50140-58 is a custom install kit that will install in about half the time as a universal kit, will minimize drilling and will work with your RBW hitch.
Since you have a short bed I hope your hitch is a slider hitch so that you can make tight turns.
