Can Recessed Trailer D-Ring Tie Down with Backing Plate be Installed in a 2007 Sportster Tow Hauler

how do I install these in my 2007 sportster toy hauler.with enclosed floor....

If you cannot get access to the bottom of the floor from underneath the trailer then you would have to cut an access hole to place the backing plate on the underside. The backing plate provides support for the tie down in kit # RR5K so it really does need to be there. I have linked a couple of videos to the right showing how we have installed these tie downs.
