RV Bumper Hitch Recommendation Where the Hitch Opening is Below Bumper

I see this is upright can i put receiver on bottom of bumper instead?

I have a solution for you, but the RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # S64025 that you referenced can only be used with the hitch opening on top of the bumper.
Instead you would want the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch # UF35-946401. This hitch can be used with the opening on the bottom of the bumper. Be sure not to exceed the weight capacity of your bumper, check the owners manual of your vehicle for more info on that.
