want to verify that the Thule TH859XT, TH8591XT will fit my 2014 Subaru Forester Touring Model with the OEM roof rack and aero bars thanks

The Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # TH859XT is designed to fit crossbars that are spread apart a distance between 20 inches and 37 inches. If you measure yours and it is in this range, then this rack will work for you.
If you were to use the extension piece part # TH8591XT, crossbar spread would not change.
