Thanks for sending a couple pictures of your Jeep!
I recommend the Yakima SpareRide bike carrier # Y02599. It mounts to your spare tire with a steel plate and includes 2 extensions for mounting on wider tires. Your tires being 245/75R16 will have a section width of 9.645 inches. As a result, will be under the maximum tire size this bike carrier can fit which is 12-1/2 inches.
A popular option is the Yakima tube top bike adapter # Y02531. The adapter attaches quickly and easily between your handlebars and seat post to form a sturdy, horizontal bar, which makes the bike compatible with most hitch mounted carriers. Most step-through bikes, dual-suspension bikes, and small children's bikes will require a bike adapter bar.
I have included FAQ, instruction link and a couple installation videos for you as well.
