Question:
followup reference to gear box, the tech we had here took the gear box apart and stated that all the teeth were in tack and look ok he thought that the motor might be the problem,,,i can manual operate the jacks with out any problems, dont know what else could be the problem

Sounds like you have tried manually operating the jacks and they work fine, so the jacks are not the problem. The gearbox is in good working order too. That leaves the motor.
An optional motor can be added to this jack, part # LG-142178, but note this reduces the jack capacity to 5000 lbs.
