Recommended Trailer Hitch For 2015 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited
Question:
I just picked up my new 2015 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited. Will the same hitches and wiring harnesses fit it that are available for the 2014 models? Thanks,

Some of the same trailer hitch receivers for the 2014 Subaru Impreza fit the 2015 models. It depends on the specific model of Impreza because there was a larger vareity in 2014.
For your Sport Limited I recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe, part # DT24959. It's a Class I, 1-1/4 inch hitch confirmed to fit. I've linked the install details as well as a video of it being installed on a Crosstrek. The process is very similar even though it's a different vehicle.
In addition to the hitch reciver, if you're going to be towing a trailer, you need the recommended ball mount, part # 3593. It includes a pin and clip but not a hitch ball. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 or a for a 2 inch use # 19258.
You also need a 4-way wiring harness, like part # 118573, to power the trailer's lights.
