i need a 2 13inch wide fenders that are bolt on not weld on. They are being used in an open situation where both sides need to be rounded,

The only 13 inch wide trailer fender we offer is the etrailer brand Trailer Fenders # HP66VR. The flat inside edge of the fender could be used to bolt the fender on. You would need to drill holes in that edge to run nuts and bolts through the fender and the trailer.
