Given the choice between the Draw-Tite and the Curt receiver hitch for your 2013 Pathfinder, I'd lean more toward the Draw-Tite hitch for the following reasons:
-The Draw-Tite # 76031 has a capacity that's higher than the other hitch. You'll be limited by the capacity of the vehicle, but the higher capacities indicate that the hitch might be a bit more durable in the long run.
-The Draw-Tite hitch is a less expensive by a few dollars. I don't mind paying a bit more if there's a difference in quality, but both of the hitches would work well for you and would give you years of trouble-free service, so there's no reason not to go with the least expensive choice.

There are aftermarket trailer connectors available. If you needed the 4-pin trailer connector, use part # 118670 or # 118273 for a 7-way trailer connector. I've also linked to videos showing both of these wiring kits being installed.
