I havent looked under a regular 500 to see if the bolt up would be the same for a 500e. any info on this?

We show 1-1/4-inch Class I trailer hitch fits for several versions of the 2015 Fiat 500, but not for the 500e.
For the 500 Abarth version we offer Curt # C11347; for the 500 non-Abarth version we offer the Curt # C11363. All will require some degree of trimming to the rear fascia and/or under-body panels.
