Question:
I have a Swagman single arm hitch bike rack. It looks like this ski rack would work with it. The swagman has a 7inch trough clamp system the bike hooks on. Seems the Yakima would fit nicely in these troughs.

Since your Swagman rack has a single-arm the Yakima HitchSki snowboard and ski carrier wouldn't work out to well because you need a dual-arm hitch bike rack.
The one you referenced, # Y02418, will work with Yakima hitch mounted, dual-arm style carriers:

Ridgeback (4 and 5 bike models only)

If you have factory cross bars on your 2014 Honda Pilot, the Rhino Rack # RR572 can carry 2 pairs of skis.
