Since you're wanting to mount the winch on the front of a Jeep, I'm guessing you're looking for an inexpensive vehicle recovery winch. The Superwinch TigerShark, part # SW1595200 would be an excellent choice for you. The winch has plenty of capacity for recovery use. I also recommend the accessory kit, part # SW2224 which includes a pulley block that can essentially double the capacity of the winch.
