Alpha Systems RV Roof Repair - Sealant - AL28KV Review

Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at Today, we're going to take a look at the Alpha Systems Non-Sag Sealant in the white color. Now this non-sag sealant is used to seal around sidewalls and end rails on your RV. The non-sag design of it holds its shape on uneven and vertical surfaces. This is formulated to have a high concentration of solids, low VOC, which is the volatile organic compounds, and no hazardous air pollutants. This is paintable once it's cured and will withstand the shock, vibration, and the stress of outdoor transportation.

This does fully cure in about 48 hours. This will apply to clean and dry services with a standard caulking gun. Caulk gun we do sell separate on our website. It's part number PTW54295. Now, this tube is a white color.

It is also available in beige, gray, and almond. This product is made in the USA.A few specs on this, the tube is a 10.3 ounce tube. The raw material base in this is butyl rubber. Coverage on this tube is about 30 linear feet using a quarter-inch bead. The surface temperature range is negative 65 degrees Fahrenheit to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Application temperature range is five degrees Fahrenheit to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The VOC content on this tube is 259 grams per liter.A couple of notes on this. This product does contain heptane so overexposure can cause nausea, and we do recommend to keep this away from any sparks, heat, or an open flame. But that should do it for the review on this Alpha Systems Non-Sag Sealant in the white color.
