can I install this fifth wheel at ford 2006 650 series

This B&W Companion is built for Ford SuperDuty trucks with the OEM fifth wheel package Ford started offering in 2011. This is a light duty application where your F-650 is classed as a medium duty. If your F-650 is a cab and chassis setup or you have a flat bed that you can cut an opening in, you could use part # RP30054. This is designed to bolt directly to the frame of Medium and Heavy dutry trucks.

I have a 2012 f250 lariat with 6.7 deisel engine that came with built in brake controler so this companion hitch is a in deal? Also it is a 6.8 foot bed so do I need a slider hitch to pull a fifth wheel? It is a 2014 rockwood sandpiper. Thanks. David

This Companion, part # BWRVK330, will drop right into the pucks of the OEM 5th wheel kit if your F-250 is so equipped. To get a full 90° turn, you will need either a slider or a Sidewinder. B&W doen't offer the puck hitches in a slider configuration, so you would need to change the pinbox out on the trailer for a Sidewinder for full turn clearance.
