Review of CIPA Mirrors CM11132

Today we will be reviewing part number CM11132. This is a CIPA ATV handlebar mirror in color black. This mounts quickly and easily onto most ATVs. It is a bar and mounting system, so it wont interfere with hand movement. Its vibration-free. There is a convex safety lens. The actual face of the mirror is non-adjustable, so we cannot push in on the ends to adjust the angle of the mirror, but there are a couple of different parts that we can adjust on this mirror.

For instance, this portion here is the portion that slides into the end of the handlebar. You then take the included Allen wrench and tighten up the Allen bolt to expand the fitting, and its going to hold everything nice and tight at the end of your handlebar. You can adjust this portion up here; it does swivel around, and it goes all the way around so you can pick the best angle thats going to work for you. Here on this backside there is a screw back there that has a Phillips head on it, so you can use a Phillips screwdriver or a small flat head that will fit in the grooves. What that will allow you to do is if you need to change the direction, or maybe you dont want this pointing straight up over your handlebar, you can actually rotate it. I would have loosened it up.

You can go and rotate it out, and then adjust the angle of the mirror housing to best suite whatever need that you have. You just want to be sure that this mirror is providing you with the best view, so you can increase the amount of safety that you have around your ATV. It easily installs into most ATVs, slides in at the end of the handlebar. Its not going to interfere with hand movement. The mirror sits about 3 and inches away from the handlebars. From the mount to the closest part of the mirror, in any direction, is going to be about 3 and inches, as long as you have it facing out towards the side of the ATV where its not going interfere with anything. The handlebar insertion rod, if we take a measurement of that, its going to measure 5/8 of an inch , so thats how you can decide if its going to fit into the end of your handlebar or not.

Our mirror face is going to give us a measurement of about 6 inches by 3 and inches in height. The overall length of this system, so I have the mirror angled out so it will give us the increased length, is going to measure from the end of the mirror to the portion that slides into the handlebars, is going to be about 10 inches. This part number includes 1 mirror. You can use it on either the right or the left hand side of your handlebars. Thats going to complete todays review of part number CM11132. This is the CIPA ATV handlebar mirror. .
