Counteract Tire Balancing Beads - CA45FR Review

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com, today we're gonna take a look at the counteract four pack kit of 12 ounce bags of tire balancing beads for the trailers, heavy duty trucks, and off-road vehicles. Now these counteract balancing beads are the economical way to balance your tire and wheel assemblies for the lifetime of your tires. Now, these beads are designed to install inside your tires, wanted to zoom in and show you what's included in this kit, it'll include these four bags. What I'm going to show you is all these are sealed, this one, I happen to tear open to show you what's on the inside, and each bag will have the same items in it. So there's our balance and beads, and then the other extra items they include, we'll go through them here, so they'll include the 12 ounce bag of balancing beads, that includes the vortex valve core, it includes two different types of valve caps, the self self-sealing cap and the double seal flow-through through valve cap. And again, these items that are in one bag will be in all these bags, so you'll get a total of four of these 12 ounce bags of beads, four of the valve cores, and four of the self-sealing caps, and four of the double seal flow valve caps.

Also included will be this injector bottle with the plastic tube that allow you to install the beads through the valve stem and the valve core remover right here that'll be able to remove part of your valve stem and install you a new one. The other end is just a regular screwdriver. Now these beads themselves are made of coated glass spheres. These balancing beads will not cause any damage to the inner liner of your tire, they won't clump regardless of excess moisture and our TPMS compatible. They are environmentally friendly construction, so they are reusable and recyclable.

Now how the tire balancing beads work just want to show you little insert there that shows you when the tires rotating, what happens, basically once the tire begins to roll this bag that's on the inside of the tire will break open and the beads will get distributed around its interior of the tire, thanks to the centrifical force. And as that wheel continues to spin to have the spot and your unbalanced tire will pull up and down on the vehicle suspension, and this will cause the beads to shift in the opposite direction of that pole. So the beads will continue to migrate until there's enough of them on the opposite side of the heavy spot of the tire to balance out that tire. These tire balancing beads will continuously and automatically readjust the balance of your truck or off-road tires. They will reduce vibration and ensure even wear to increase life of your tire, even helps improve fuel economy.

They are very easy installation, as you mentioned, you just put these inner bags into the tires, when the tires removed from the wheels or as we mentioned, you put the beads in this bottle and inject it in through the valve stem. The beads do remain inside the tires, they won't come loose to contaminate the environment and they'll not cause any damage to the wheel. One note, I do wanna mention, if your tire does have internal TPMS sensors, you will need to break down the tire to install the beads. Now the application for this 12 ounce size bag is for 19 and a half inch to 22 and a half inch trailer tires. 19 and a half inch to 24 and a half inch truck tires, and 15 inch to 22 inch off-road tires.

Now to order the correct amount of beads needed for your application, what you'll do is get the size of the tires from the sidewall that's on the trailer tire, or the vehicle tire and match it to the tire sizes that will be listed on the product page for each size bag of beads. They do come in many different sizes, four ounce, six ounce, eight ounce, all the way up to the 20 ounce bag and on the product page of each part number of the size bag, it'll list the tire sizes that that size bag will work with. Also in order to reduce the possibility of any valve leaks, they do include this counteract valve core and then the metal cap, and you can use either the self-sealing one or the double seal flow-through valve cap, which is nice. This one installed will allow you to put air or let air out without having to retake the cap off.
