Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Counteract four-pack kit of six ounce bags of tire balancing beads for tandem axle trailers, trucks, and off-road vehicles. Now, these Counteract balancing beads are the economical way to balance your tire and wheel assemblies for the lifetime of your tires. Basically, these beads will install inside your tires. Want to zoom in and show you.

It comes with the four 6 ounce bags of balancing beads. I do wanna dem, now, they're all sealed. This one I did happen to open just to show you what's on the inside, so we can talk about what it comes with. But basically, it'll come four 6 ounce bags of these balancing beads. Comes with four of these vortex valve cores.

You can see there's one in each bag. And then also four of these self-sealing valve caps. Same way, there's one in each bag. Does come with this injector bottle and the tube that you can use to insert it through your valve stem. And it comes with this valve core remover tool.

You can see on this end, this valve core remover will allow you to remove the valve core and install a new one. And also, a screwdriver on this end. Now, the beads themselves, they're made of a coated glass sphere. These balancing beads will not cause damage to the inner liner of your tire, and they won't clump regardless of excess moisture, and they are TPMS compatible. They are environmentally friendly construction.

They are reusable and recyclable. Now, how these tire balancing beads work, just wanna pop up a little insert there to show you. Basically, once your tire begins to roll, this bag that's installed inside your tire will break open, and the beads will get distributed around the interior of the tire thanks to centrifugal force. And as that wheel continues to spin, the heavy spot in your unbalanced tire will pull up and down on your vehicle's suspension, and this will cause the beads to shift in the opposite direction of that pull. So, the beads will continue to migrate until there are enough of them on the opposite side of the heavy spot to balance out your tire. Now, these tire balancing beads will continuously and automatically readjust the balance of your truck or off-road tires. They will reduce vibration, and ensure even wear to increase life of your tire. Also helps improve fuel economy. Now, they are a very easy installation. As we mentioned, you'll just throw these small inner bags into your tires when they're removed from the wheels, or you could inject these beads into the valve stem using this included injector bottle with the tube. Now, the beads do remain inside your tires. They won't come loose to contaminate the environment, and they will not cause any damage to your wheels. One note I do wanna mention, that if your tire has internal TPMS sensors, you will need to break down the tire to install these beads. Application for this six ounce bag size is 15 inch to 16 inch trailer tires, 15 inch to 22 inch truck tires, and 15 inch to 16 1/2 inch off-road tires. Now, to order the correct amount of beads needed for your application, what you'll do is get the size of the tire from the sidewall of the trailer tire, or our view, on your vehicle, and match it to the tire size that's listed on the product page for that size bag of beads. So, on this six ounce bag, if you go to the product page for this part number, it'll list all the tire sizes this will work in. And since they many, make many different sizes, they do four ounce, six ounce, eight ounce, even all the way up to 20 ounce bags, each product page will show you what tire sizes they work on. Now, in order to reduce the possibility of any valve leaks, they recommend the use of this Counteract valve core and this metal valve cap. They do recommend it to replace the original valve core and cap. And as we've mentioned, these are included in every bag of the Counteract beads. These parts are made in the USA, and this part is for a quantity of four bag of beads for four tires.
