Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at the Counteract Single 10-ounce Bag of Tire Balancing Beads. Now, these Counteract balancing beads are the economical way to balance your tire and wheel assembly for the lifetime of the tire. These beads are designed to install inside your tire. I'm gonna zoom in and show you up close.

This is a 10-ounce bag. So when you do receive this bag, basically you'll just tear off the very top, which I've already done. And then just dump out what's on the inside. Now we're gonna go through all these pieces. First, you'll have a 10-ounce bag of balancing beads.

You'll have this vortex valve core, and you'll have the self-sealing valve caps. There's either a, this regular cap or the double-seal flow-through cap. These are all included. Now, these beads are made of a coated glass sphere. They are balancing beads which will not cause damage to the inner liner of your tire and they won't clump, regardless of the excess moisture.

And they are TPMS compatible. Now, they are environmentally-friendly construction. They are reusable and recyclable. Now how these Counteract beads will balance your tire, I just wanted to show you that. We're gonna put up a little insert, just to show you.

Basically when your tire begins to roll, this bag on the inside of the tire will break open, and the beads will get distributed around its interior, thanks to centrifugal force. So as that wheel continues to spin, the heavy spot in your unbalanced tire will pull up and down on your vehicle suspension, and this will cause the beads to shift in the opposite direction of that pull. So the beads will continue to migrate until there are enough of them on the opposite of that heavy spot, to balance out your tire. And these tire balancing beads will continuously and automatically readjust the balance of your trailer truck or off road tire. They do reduce vibration and ensure even wear, to increase the life of the tire. They'll also improve fuel economy. They are an easy installation. You just throw this inner bag into the tire when it's removed from the wheel, or you can inject these beads into the valve stem. The beads do remain inside the tire. They won't come loose to contaminate the environment. And they will not cause any damage to your wheels. One note I do wanna mention, is if your tire has internal TPMS sensors, you will need to break down the tire to install these beads. Application for this 10-ounce bag is 19.5-inch to 22.5-inch heavy truck tires, 19.5-inch trailer tires, and 15-inch to 22-inch off road tires. Now to order the correct amount of beads needed for your application, you will get the size of the tire from the sidewall of your trailer or vehicle, and then match it to the tire sizes that are listed on the product page for that size bag of beads. They do come in different sized bags. We do carry all of 'em. This one is a 10-ounce bag. And if you go to the product page of this part number there's a list of all the sizes this will work on. Now in order to reduce the possibility of any valve waste, the use of this Counteract valve cork and either one of those metal valve caps is recommended in place of the original valve core and cap, and they are included in every bag of the Counteract beads. As we mentioned, these are TPMS compatible. They are made in the USA, and it is for a quantity of one bag of beads for one tire.
