LaSalle Bristol RV Sewer - Waste Valves - 34466N11AB48GMA Review

Today we're going to take a look at the LaSalle Bristol RV Waste Valve. This is going to have a 1-1/2" diameter. It's going to fit spigot and hub, and it's going to have a 48" cable. This is going to replace the valve for your RV's gray water tank. That 1-1/2" diameter passage allows any wastewater to travel freely when the valve is open. The hub or larger side is going to slide onto the sewer pipe, and the spigot slides into the sewer pipe. The spigot's going to be the smaller diameter.

Hub is going to be the larger diameter. The flexible steel cable is going to allow you to mount the handle in a secure location or at a harder to reach place so it can't get accidentally pulled, pretty much wherever you need it to be.There is a nonstick coating on the valve to help it easily open and close. I'll flip this up so you can see that more easily. Of course, this is going to be a little easier to pull whenever you have it securely mounted, but if we pull our cable it's going to open up, and then push in, it will close that valve. Pretty easy operation there.A few recommendations that the manufacturer makes as far as installation, you want to make sure that you don't have any hard turns with this. It can go in a U shape or an L shape or a gentle S curve, but you want to make sure that there's no hard turns, and also that it doesn't loop back over itself.

You'll also want to use maybe some loom clamps or maybe some inaudible 00:01:34 zip ties to secure a couple of points along the cable to make sure that it stays in place. This is going to require ABS solvent cement that is sold separately. You can find some here at using Part Number A05-0303. This also NSF approved, and the product is made in USA.That's going to do it for our look at the LaSalle Bristol RV Waste Valve.
