LaSalle Bristol RV Sewer - Waste Valves - 34466N11AB60GM Review

Today, we are going to take a look at the LaSalle Bristol RV Waste Valve. This has a 1.5" diameter. It's going to fit spigot to hub, and it has 60" cable. This is going to replace the valve for your RV's gray water tank. That 1.5" diameter passage allows any waste water to travel freely when the valve is open. The hub, or larger side, is going to slide on to the sewer pipe. The spigot, or smaller side, is going to slide in to the sewer pipe. The 60", flexible, steel cable is going to allow you to install the handle pretty much wherever you want it. If that's a secure location, or in a harder to reach location.

Or in a harder to reach spot, so it's still accessible, but out of the way of being accidentally opened. If you take a look there, you'll see our valve will open and close easily to do that non-stick coating on our valve seal itself. You'll also notice that I have my cable here wrapped around itself. You do not want to do that whenever you are installing this because over time it can damage the cable. I just have it like that so you can actually see this within the frame, and that the cable isn't going all over the place. Because it is sort of a flexible steel, it has a tendency to sort of spring. With that said, again, you don't want to loop it whenever you are installing it.

You'll want to have this in sort of a gentle bend, like a "U" shape, or a "L" shape, or even a gentle "S" curve. You'll also want to have it anchored in a couple of spots using zip ties, or maybe some loom clamps. Both of which you can find a etrailer.com. You can also find the ABS Solvent Cement, which is needed to install this as well. That part number is A05-0303.It does have the handle to operate that valve.

It just attaches easily at the end there. We will have our two nuts and a cerated washer to get that installed in a secure place. Now, as far as the diameter, again . our hub, which is the one here, the larger side, the inner diameter is going to be about 1 7/8". The other diameter is going to be about 1 2/4".We flip it over to the spigot side, the smaller side, that inner diameter is going to be 1 1/5", while our outer diameter is going to be 1 7/8".This is NSF approved and this product is also made in the U.S.A.That is going to do it for our look at the LaSalle Bristol RV Waster Valve, with a 1.5" diameter and a 60" cable.
