Review of Reese Accessories and Parts RP3022

Today we're going to take a look at the spacer block. This spacer block is normally used in a situation where you're going to be using a fish wire or a bolt leader, something like this, to bring a bolt through a hole that's in a closed vehicle frame. You want to use the spacer block with the bolt, usually like a carriage bolt like this that would go through the spacer block. You want to hold that into the frame. You'll use the bolt leader or fish wire to attach to the end of this bolt, along with the spacer block, and bring it through the hole in the frame. When you detach the bolt leader, it will leave your bolt sticking out thought the vehicle frame to allow you to hook your trailer hitch to your fifth wheel, your gooseneck, or any other item like that. Just to give you a few dimensions on this spacer block, overall length on it, it's going to be right at three inches.

The width on it is right at one inch. The thickness is right at a quarter inch. That should do it for the review on the spacer block.

I have a 2004 Honda crv. And I'm looking to purchase the bolt hardware kit and space of block. Is there a part number?

Yes, for trailer hitch hardware you can use part # RHK . Once you're on that product page you'll type in the hitch model number and select the manufacturer from the drop-down menu. We will then send out the correct, complete hardware kit for your particular hitch.
