Trailer Suspension Enhancement System - TASR35HDS07 Review

Today, we're going to take a look at the Timbren heavy duty axle-less trailer suspension with the 2" lift spindle for standard tires and a 3,500 pound weight capacity. Now this suspension system provides a nice, safe, smooth, quiet ride for your trailer. It's two separate units that'll replace your existing axle. They do use the AEON progressive rate main Springs, right up here to absorb road shock, support your trailer's load. It'll deliver a nice, smooth, stable ride regardless of load size. And they compress and become stiffer as the load increases, boosting your spring strength. The rebound springs...

Let me just rotate this. That are on the back right here. These rebound springs, right back here, they can act as a return device to minimize rattle and bottoming out and they do create constant pressure on the arm, so the suspension is never completely relaxed. It is two independent units that can eliminate the need for a through axle and will help increase ground clearance. Also give you a lower deck height for easier loading and unloading, reduces roll during cornering and will allow you to fit any trailer width.

Has built in camber and tow-in to help your trailer to track straight reducing wear on your tires. The spindles right here, they're 2" lift, easy lube spindles to accept your trailer hubs. Now the trailer hubs, we do sell separately on our website. The 2" lift on these will provide greater ground clearance. The easy loop feature, which is the grease circ fitting at the end of the spindle makes it very easy to grease your bearings without having to remove the hub. And the spindles can be removed from units for simple replacement if they get damaged.

The brake flanges right here, these will let you install 3,500 pound rated brakes to the spindle. This is a heavy duty steel construction. It has a nice black powder coat finish. Resists wearing corrosion. It's very easy to install and align. You just bolt or weld to your trailer's frame. And the specs on this.

It's designed to fit one axle and two axle trailers that use standard tires. Now this is not recommended for triple axle applications. Weight capacity, again is 3,500 pounds. The brake flange bolt configuration mentioned is five bolts, and it is for quantity of two suspension units without hubs. But that should do it for the review on the Timbren heavy duty axle-less trailer suspension with 2" lift spindle for standard tires and a 3,500 pound weight capacity..
