TireMinder TPMS Sensor - 10 Tire Pressure Monitors Kit - TM56FR Review

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this TireMinder i10 Tire Pressure Monitoring System. This is going to allow you to monitor your RV's tire pressure and temperature, this will work for your motorhome, 5th wheel, motor coach or trailer. You're gonna get 10 of these brass waterproof and dustproof sensors, these will secure onto your tire's valve stem, they will work with aluminum, rubber, steel, chrome, and nickel valve stems, and these will check your tire pressure and temperature every six seconds. These have a pressure range from 0 psi to 199 psi with an accuracy of between plus or minus 1%. They will operate in -4 degrees Fahrenheit up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

You're also going to get 20 of these batteries, 10 of these locking nuts, 10 O-rings, and the wrench to get this all installed onto your tire's valve stem. The batteries are a three volt DC voltage, and they will last about 9 to 14 months on your tires, and then those sensors are going to send a signal to your 5 1/4 inch color LCD monitor, and this is gonna provide you with visual and audible alerts for up to 10 tires at once, so all 10 of those sensors will be able to be programmed in there, so that you can keep an eye on all 10 tires at once. This will attach to this stand here, but you can attach to your window with the suction cup. For a lot of folks that their windshield is a little bit too far away, so you can just take that off, put some Velcro or something on the back here, kinda stick this where it's gonna be out of the way, but still easy to see. Either way, it's going to be a great option to keep an eye on those tires, it's gonna warn you of changes to the tire pressure, tire temperature, it's also going to warn you if the sensors or the monitor's batteries are getting low.

As you can see right here, our monitor is getting kinda low, and it's going to alert you if the signal is lost or weak or along those lines. So this will also allow you to set your preference of tire pressure and temperature settings, so you can kinda customize those settings when you'll be alerted. This can also store pressure and temperature information from up to four vehicles, 40 tires. So if you're switching this same system to different rigs, you'll be able to save those other vehicles as well. This does include the 12 volt micro USB charger and cable, so you can get that plugged into your 12 volt auxiliary port, and then we're also going to get the Rhino repeater.

This is going to extend the signal between the sensors and the monitor, this is gonna install onto the exterior of your RV or trailer, they do include some zip ties here, so that you can get it mounted in place. This does have the dual antennas that's gonna help cut through the signal interference coming from other wireless electronic devices in vehicles around you, and this measures about 4 1/4 of an inch tall, 2 1/2 inches wide, and about 3/4 of an inch thick, so that should help you when determining where this is gonna be able to be placed on your setup. You are gonna get three feet of wire here and the very simple connections types with our alligator clips here, our black is gonna be our ground, our red is gonna be our power. This will work with input voltages of 12 volts or 24 volts of direct current. So overall, really simple system to get installed and to make sure that you're keeping an eye on your tires, making sure they're not getting overheated or losing pressure quickly causing a serious situation, you'll be able to keep an eye on all of that.

So that's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
