Review of TrailerLegs Trailer Jack 326-TRLLG-4

Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Trailer Legs Tire Saver Stands for a tandem axle trailer. This is for a quantity of four stands. Now these stands will protect and prolong the life of your trailer tires by keeping them up off the ground while your trailer's not in use. It'll eliminate any flat spotting from prolonged periods of your tires baring the trailer weight, and allow you to store your tires off the ground so that they stay round.Basically just place these durable stands on both sides of the axles. Use your vehicle to pull the trailer up onto the stands. It requires one set or two stands for each axle.

These also work great for camping trips because they're super stable. The stand will lift the trailer tires off the ground using the axles to support the weight of the trailer. And it's a solid platform so it offers eight times the stability of rubber tires, which can flex under the weight of your trailer. It's a very simple five minute set up. All you have to do is place these stands right next to the tires on either side of your trailer axle. The U-shaped cradle portion of the stand here will go up against the axle and then you use your tow vehicle to move the trailer forward or backward, depending where you installed the stands, until the stands will pivot upright, just like this, into the raised position.

Holds your axle up in the air and your tires. If you notice on the very bottom here they got rubber gripping bars. These provide a nice stable base and insure consistent activation of your stands. These stands are made of an HDPE material, which is a High Density Polyethylene construction. Insures strength and durability. These are made in the U.S.A.

Again the application for this part is the, Tandem Axle Trailers With Leaf Spring Suspension. I mentioned it's great for campers, boat trailers, horse trailers, fifth wheel trailers, and many others. This is for a quantity of four stands. Total weight capacity is 16,000 pounds total, so it's 4,000 pounds per stand. The weight on each stand is about ten pounds. And the overall dimension on this when it's in the upright position is gonna be about 15 inches long, about eight inches wide, and about 19 inches tall.

But that should do it for the review on the Trailer Legs Tire Saver Stands for a tandem axle trailers.

I have a Venture 5025 tandem trailer. Changing a flat do you have to raise both sides of an axil? Is a ramp elevator better for changing tires?

No you don't need to raise both sides. I would use something like one of these wheel chocks, you just drive up on it and it raises the side up so you can change the tire. See photos/video for reference. # EZ-JACK # AM3604
