Review of Valterra Plumbing T1028

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra rotating rigid RV sewer pipe adapter. This adapter is made from a durable black plastic construction. It's going to connect to a standard bayonet-style waste outlet and adapt to a 3 inch pipe. This end is going to rotate for easy connecting, so it rotates all the way. It's going to feature an internal seal that's going to offer leak proof performance. A few measurements to go over with you real quick. I just want to take measurements of this side.

We're going to do an internal measurement and an external measurement. Internal diameter looks to be right on 3 and half inches. External diameter is right on 4 inches. The adapter itself, if I measure from this lip right here to the same point on the other side, it's going to give us a length measurement of about 3 and three-eighths of an inch. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valterra rotating rigid RV sewer pipe adapter.

can this glue to master hose ? so i would not have to cut off knobs.

@DoyleD The Valterra Rotating Adapter # T1028 attaches to a 3" Bayonet fitting on one side, and glues to a rigid sewer pipe on the other side. The glue together side measures 3-1/2" inside diameter. So if your "Master Hose" is a rigid sewer pipe, this will work. However, the part with "knobs" is usually the line coming from the black and gray tanks. Normally you would use a bayonet style connector to fit on the knobs. If you can tell me a little more about your set up and what you need to achieve then I may be able to comment further.
