Today we're going to be taking a look at a ceiling garnish for Ventline roof vents. Now this is an interior trim piece that has a really nice design to it. It's going to add a clean finished look to your motor home or enclosed trailer roof vent. This is custom made for Ventline ventadome roof vents. The unit does feature your pre-drilled holes. Two on that side, two on the opposite side.
Those are going to allow for easy installation. Mounting hardware is not included. When installed this units designed to telescope or slide in and out of the vent to fit a range of roof thicknesses. It's designed to fit models V2092, V2094, and V2110 and a three to 7/8 inch to five inch thick roof. It's also designed to fit model V2119 and a four and 1/8 to five and 1/4 inch thick roof. The product itself is made in the USA.
It's made from a very durable plastic construction. It's birch white in color. If we take a measurement of the leg length, measuring from this portion here down to that lip, that's going to give us a height measurement as you can see here about four and 1/4 inches. It's designed to fit a rough opening size of 14 and 1/4 by 14 and 1/4. The overall dimensions including the garnish area, edge to edge going this direction, that's going to give us a measurement of about 16 inches.
It's a square design so it would measure the same going this direction as well, so 16 inches by 16 inches. Inside dimensions, that's about 13 inches by 13 inches. Again it's got a really nice textured design to it, offer a clan look and it's got the rounded radius corners, which also gives it a very clean look as well. That's going to do it for today's look at the ceiling garnish for Ventline roof vents.
