Review of the B and W Trailer Hitch Ball Mount on a 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty

John: Hey, guys. John here from etrailer.com. and today I want to talk to you about the B&W Tow & Stow Tri-Ball Mount for 2020 F-250. This is designed for two and a half inch hitches and it comes both in black, as we see here today, as well as chrome.Let's go ahead and get it installed. We're going to have two different hitch pin holes. This one here measures three inches from the center to the back of the upright.

This one measures four inches from here, from the center of the hitch pin hole, to the back of the upright. That's just going to be useful for different applications you might be using. For instance, we we're putting the Rock Tamer mudflaps on this, and we needed to use more of the shank here to install that. Just to give you an idea of why that might come in handy. So, this ball mount has a max weight capacity of 14,500 pounds. Each of the hitch balls offer different weight capacities, but the two and five-sixteenths inch hitch ball, that's going to offer the most.

We have our three most common hitch ball sizes: one and seven-eighths inch, two inch, and two and five-sixteenths. The great thing about this is if we're towing a smaller trailer for the one seven-eighths but we need to use the two and five-sixteenths, simply remove this pin, reinsert it, and now we can use the two and five-sixteenths for a larger trailer. It's that simple, that easy. Go ahead and put this back in position. Then the name Tow & Stow. The reason it's called the Tow & Stow is because we can actually flip the hitch balls to where they're going to sit at the back of this drop.

So we have our adjustments here, so we get a max drop of seven inches and a max rise of seven and a half inches if we we're to flip this over. But if we want to stow it, we'll just pull these two pins. This will be the same if we're adjusting the height, and then we can easily put it to the back of the upright, reinsert our pins, and now when we're not using it we don't have to worry about hitting our shins or legs, something like that on our hitch balls. It's stored back here, nice and away, and it looks a little cleaner too. That is going to do it for a look at the B&W Tow & Stow Triple Ball Mount for our 2020 F250. Thanks for watching..
