Review of the Master Lock Solid Body Padlock
Today we'll be taking a look at the Master Lock covered solid body padlock. That's part number 131D. This is a really nice lock. It will help guard your gear against any theft. It's got a really nice hardened steel padlock to it. The lock has got a nice scratch resistant vinyl coating.
It also offers a 4-pin tumbler security to deter any lock picking. It also includes a convenient color-coded key so as you see here it matches with the actual padlock itself. Also comes with two keys so either if you misplace one or if you are giving it to a spouse or a significant other, they'll be able to have that too. It just pops right open like that as you can see. It is also corrosion resistant. It's got this nice hardened steel construction which insures strength and durability. It's kind of a nice stylish thing that will go with any of your things such as a bag at the airport, or locking up your fence, going to the gym and taking this and locking up your gym locker.
Today we're actually going to show you an application on a trailer. We're going to go ahead and put these on some wheel chocks so let's go ahead and grab those. We're here at our trailer. We've got our wheel chock in place already. We have these in place just to make sure that the trailer doesn't maybe roll down the hill or maybe if someone might roll off of there without you knowing. We're going to go ahead and take our Master Lock slide it into place and pop it on just like we would any regular lock that we have.
It is now in place and as you can see with that now in place, we won't be able to pull up on this and with one of our two keys just slide it into place whenever we're ready to move our wheel chocks. Just like a lock on your luggage, it will pop right off. That will complete today's look at our Master Lock Covered Solid Black Padlock, part number 131D. .
