Review of the Master Lock Solid Brass Body Padlock

Hey everybody, welcome to I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Master Lock 1-9/16th of a inch, wide bodied, brass padlock here today at So if you guys are looking for a wave, go ahead and secure in some of your latches, maybe a trailer coupler, or a variety of different ways or things you need to lock. This is going to be a excellent way to go ahead and do that. What's nice about it, you do have that nice solid brass body here and a nice steel construction at top. That's going to make it pretty resistant to any kind of cutting, hammering, sawing, any of that action to go ahead and give us the security that we're looking for.

Now the 1/4 inch shackle makes it ideal for something small like, your coupler locks here. You guys can inward lock your couplers and say. As you guys can see, that's a simple slots right through. You can go ahead and click it in place and therefore nobody can hitch up and take my trailer. So as we mentioned we do have your quarter inch shackle here but you also do have 13/16ths of an inch spacing here giving you plenty of room to go ahead and get around your latches.

Overall though you do have an inch and 9/16ths of an inch for your solid brass padlock here at the bottom. You are gonna get two keys as well which is gonna be excellent to make sure that you have a spare if you're a little like me, a little forgetful. Nice that you have that extra one. Now if you are looking for a key like option we do have some master locks available at that offer you a key like option or even the Bauer products padlock can be a secondary option for you guys as well. Overall guys, gimme a nice little lock to go ahead and make sure nobody can get into our side doors of our trailer.

Anything else we can go ahead and get nice and latched down. Toolboxes can even be great for this guy. I do like how it's hardened steel. It's gonna pose a serious, you know, little stoppage to any kind of common thief. Now, of course with any lock it's honestly just there to keep well, honest people honest.

So, keep that in mind as you are locking up your equipment. And of course, the more locks the merrier. The easier time you're gonna have making sure your equipment doesn't leave your site. Otherwise guys I think that about does it for our look at the Master Lock 1 and 9/16ths of an inch solid brass padlock here at I'm Bobby, thank you for watching..
