I'm gonna walk through how to install the Ultra-Fab scissor jacks, adding scissor decks onto your camper, whether you're replacing them or adding new ones on, are gonna help stabilize and support any movement that you may have in your camper when you get to the campsite. So when you get to the campsite, you can lower your jacks down and it's gonna help support it. Our customer here has electronic stabilizer jacks, or powered ones, and it just wasn't stabilizing enough. So he wanted to add four of these on so I will put them in the corners and it will help stabilize this camper even more when you're walking around inside, it's not gonna move as much. Now these are gonna come in a kit of four or two, depending on what you need, and what you can use them for is we've got them put underneath our enclosed trailer today, and that's just gonna help stabilize it. Now it's not lifting it up off the ground, but they're there and tightened up to the bottom of the trailer so that I can walk around, back and forth inside. And there's not gonna be side to side or front to back movement. It really does work and stabilizes everything. more

Stromberg Carlson RV and Trailers Base Pad Extreme Review- Video
Whenever you get to the campsite, you want to level your camper. Sometimes you have extremely difficult terrain, if you're not going to the normal spot you usually go. So if you do that or you have a manual crank, it's going to save you a little bit of time and effort and just be able to keep this stabilizer nice and stabilized. And with the Stromberg Carlson base pad extreme, this is going to give you a lot more height than some of the traditional pads that we offer here at etrailer. This is saving me a lot of time and hassle just because it's just a decent amount more rotations to get there down in my old pad that was really short, but this one's about seven inches tall and it's about 10 inches wide in diameter on top. So for my eight inch pad right here, it works great. more

The ground control system is controlled via the interior touchscreen panel. There is also an exterior panel but, you get more controls and information from the interior panel. Here, you can automatically level or manually operate each of your jacks. This is for your A-frame trailers and it gives you a great way to lift and lower that trailer, so you can make sure that you get hooked up and disconnected quickly and easily from your towing vehicle. The cool thing about this is that it does come with a remote key fob, so you can operate this from a distance. And it also is going to plug into your seven pole wiring on your towing vehicle, so you should always have power to be able to run this, but if you want to just step away from the Jack or don't have to worry about being right up on it the whole time you can hit the buttons here, get it to go up as high as you need it to go. You just have to press and hold on the button while you're using it. more

I was loading up my side by side and it was definitely going up and down whenever I was loading it in. But this isn't just for enclosed trailers, it's for your guys's travel trailers, your construction trailers, or even your horse trailers for loading, unloading those horses.This is definitely going to help you guys just get a little bit more support behind the back axle just to make that loading and unloading a lot more smoother. Randy: Hey guys, it's Randy here at etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at an A-frame trailer jack that's a direct replacement for the Ram jack. This is our etrailer 3,500 pound lift capacity jack.Something unique about this one, it's designed to plug directly into the back of your vehicle in your seven-pull, so we don't have to have an onboard battery in our trailer. We don't have to worry about rigging up a junction box and wiring this to it. Basically we plug this directly into the back of our vehicle, and as long as we have a working 12-volt power source coming to that, which most seven-pulls will, the jack and the light are going to operate fine.I've worked with a ton of different jacks over the years and I really like the way this one works. A lot of times ground issues that we have through our trailer or our junction box not being wired properly lead into issues when we want to operate it. more

Today we're going to take a look at the electric A-frame jack with the foot plate and the seven-way plug, it has a 3,500 pound lift capacity. Now, this electric jack lets you raise and lower your A-frame trailer. It bolts to a standard three hole A-frame bolt pattern on your trailer tongue. The lift on this, or the screw travels about 19 and a half inches. Now the drop-leg at the bottom here, this will allow for an additional increase lift of five and five eights inches. So it'll help save you time when you're raising or lowering your trailer.Basically on the foot plate here, there's three holes on the inner tube there and they are measured about one and seven-eights inches apart center to center. more

And as you can see the slide-outs we have here, aren't very deep, but some of these can come out three, four, and five feet. When they get out that far, they want to hang down. They want to sag. Now that can put excess stress on those rollers and our mechanism down below, but also at the top, as they lean out, you can start to see some cracking and things like that in your fiberglass. more

Today in our 2016, Keystone Sprinter, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Lippert's Ground Control 3.0, 6 Point Leveling System, and while we are putting this on a '16 Sprinter, the installation is going to be the same regardless of your fifth wheel trailer. You just need to make sure that you have the appropriate clearances to get the components mounted. This is going to vary from trailer to trailer, and the options that you have on those particular model of trailers are also going to affect whether or not it's going to install and how you're going to install it.We're going to go over some features now, and if you stick around, we'll show you how to get it installed.This is going to be a hassle-free solution to get your camper level without having to do any work. Now, these are going to be jacks that can be used in a lot of different applications, whether it's going to be your camping situation, maybe you've got a new utility trailer or, like we're using it today, in an enclosed trailer. Basically this is going to provide a really good connection point between our trailer down to the ground. If you've ever loaded a utility trailer or walked around in a camper that didn't have stabilizers, there's going to be a lot of movement and a lot of shifting. Now, if you're trying to get some rest and somebody's moving around in the camper, it can be pretty annoying. more

Today we're going to take a look at the Brophy cable camper jacks with a 57" maximum lift height and a 3,000 pound combined weight capacity, and it's for a quantity of two jacks.Now lifting your truck camp on or off your pickup truck is always challenging if you don't have the right equipment to do the job properly, and this pair of reliable cable jacks will help you load and unload your camper with ease. It's also great for mounting and removing a truck topper or a camper shell. It uses these L-shaped lift brackets right here which will support the bottom and the sides of your camper. You just simply place these lift brackets under the camper and then crank the winch to raise it up or lower it. The hand winches on each pole will let you easily raise or lower the jacks. They do have the safety latches here on the winch that keeps the cables from free-spooling, and on the handle of the winch, it's a nice plastic handle grip to give you comfortable cranking.So basically right now if you crank it clockwise, you can see that you're raising the lift bracket, so you'll raise the camper off your truck bed. more
