Folks, today we're looking at our Buyers Products hitch plate with a 2 1/2 inch hitch receiver and an ICC bumper, and this guy is rated at 20,000 pounds. Now folks, I do wanna start off with letting you know that the fit guide or application for this would be 2019 and newer GMC Chevy 4500, 5500 and 6500 and international CV trucks. However, it cannot be used on your standard pickup trucks, so keep that in mind. Also, keep in mind this is a weld-on application, so just note that there may be some possible fabrication, if you will, or some adjustments on your vehicle to make this fit properly and to make sure it's gonna fit tight. It also requires a minimum weld size of 5/16 of an inch to safely maintain a proper rigidity and structural integrity. more

Now this heavy duty hitch plate is going to mount to your Dodge Ram 3500, 4500, and 5500 Cab and Chassis trucks with 34-inch-wide frames. I do wanna point out that this cannot be installed on your standard pickup trucks. Now taking a closer look at this hitch plate, I do want to point out that this does have a receiver tube size of 2-1/2 inches and two 5/8 of an inch D-ring attachments. more

Now, this flatbed hitch plate bumper is designed to accommodate the longer overhang of flatbed trucks and flatbed dump trucks while still providing ICC bumper protection. An ICC bumper will protect against serious injury from an under ride crash. Now, this is prefabricated for easy installation, it should be both welded and bolted to the frame, and the bumper is ready to mount on the Ford F-350, F-450, and F-550 Cab and Chassis trucks that have a nominal 34 inch frame width. This one is designed for full-size trucks, vans, utility vehicles that have full frames and heavy-duty suspensions, and as we mentioned, it will fit frames up to 62 inches wide. It does come with the pair of 16 inch tall side mounting brackets for installation of this tube to your vehicle, and basically, just to show you, what you'll end up doing is taking those, you can see they have the cutout for the cross tube, so we'll take this and we'll slide one on this side, just line it up with the cross tube, and once it's lined up, slide it on, and then you'll slide it into whatever position you need to fit your frame on your vehicle. The Class 5 Service Body Hitch Receiver will handle towing loads up to 16,000 pounds. It is designed for service body applications, and it is a weld-on installation.The hitch receiver comes with a two inch receiver tube for standard two inch items and accessories. And it also comes with standard 5/8th inch diameter hitch pin and clip to secure those items inside the hitch.It comes with two mounting plates that are adjustable along the main tube of the hitch, so you can place these on and then slide them to where you need them for your application. These mounting plates measure nine and a half inches tall by nine inches wide.Also, we have the safety chain connection points, one located on each side of the receiver tube. These connection points have an opening of three inches wide by one and 3/8 inches deep. more

Please keep in mind, this is not designed for pickup applications, and also consult your vehicle or chassis' owner's manual before installing.Now, this unit features a pre-attached 2" receiver tube, nice durable design, it's welded on there. It has the two forged D-rings, as well as the pre-punched hole that fits most trailer electrical connectors. Now, the D-rings allow you to easily attach you safety chains, those have a thickness, or diameter measurement, of 5/8" thick. The 2" receiver tube will accept standard 2" hitch items and accessories.So you'll notice right there, we have the standard 5/8" diameter pinhole on it. more
