Today, we're going to review part number P10010. This is the Putco high power 9 LED Luminix off-road light bar. It has 27 watts and a 15-degree spot beam pattern. This part number includes everything shown here on the table. It includes the light bar, the wiring harness, the illuminated switch, the mounting brackets (both long and short), and the installation hardware, which is already installed on the end of the light bar, and a nice set of detailed instructions. This is a very low-profile LED light bar. It delivers bright focus light.

The pattern it gives off is a 15-degree spot beam pattern, which is created by these chromed back focus lenses. It is a very slim design. It will let you install this light bar in very tight spaces. It has a very high quality light output from this single row of nine 3-watt Nokia LEDs. This light bar also can be turned on or off with a wireless remote if you prefer. It's usually listed as a related product on this product page. That's part number P8770F. This light bar uses quality LEDs with a 50,000 hour lifespan. A few built in safeguards in to this light bar is the thermal control chips, which will help prevent LEDs from overheating and also the over and under voltage protection, which keeps the light bar operating at the correct voltage. It has a durable waterproof corrosion-resistant construction with some black anodized billet aluminum housing, which is very light-weight and rust-proof. The installation mounting brackets are a black powder coat stainless steel finish, which will help resist corrosion. The LEDs on the light bar are fully podded to protect any fragile components.

They also have the industry standard protection against dust and moisture. It's a very installation with these included parts. This light can mount on your roof or rollbar, bumper, hood, even a bull bar to give you a nice rugged look. The 2 sets of the adjustable mounting brackets right here (both tall and short) are included. You just unscrew this, put your mounting bracket on, screw it back on to tighten it down, and then mount it to where you need to. This wiring harness comes with the illuminated switch. The other nice feature is it uses the industry standard Deutsch connector. What's nice about that is it has the triple seal on it, so when you go to plug this in to your light bar, it pushes in very tight, and once it gets in, it locks into place and the triple seal in there will give it a nice weatherproof connection. On the other side of the wiring harness, you have the 3 wires coming out of this section. That's where your illuminated switch will plug into the back here. I'm going to show you this in a minutes. The other wire that comes out of the wiring harness is inline fuse holder with a black and a red wire. The red is for the power connection. Black is for the ground. That's what you hook up to your 12-volt power. Then, you just want to make sure that there is a 15-amp fuse in it that comes with it. This part is made in the USA. A few specs on it again. It has 9 LEDs at 3 watts each, so 27 watts. The power draw is 2.25 amps. Input voltage is 12 volts to 36 volts DC. The operating temperature of this light bar is from -100 degree Fahrenheit up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a limited 2-year warranty. The light output itself, the brightness is 3600 lumens. The beam it gives off again is a narrowed 15 degree spot beam, and the color temperature that the light gives off is 6000 degrees Kelvin. The bar dimension, the length of it is 11-1/2". The height is 1-1/2" tall, and the depth is 3/4". Basically what I'm going to do now is we're going to hook this up to a 12-volt power supply, and then, I'm going to show you how bright the light is and try to show you the pattern. We'll turn off the overhead lights. First what we want to do is let's connect the Deutsch connector to the light bar. Line that up and push it in. It snaps and locks into place. Then on the other end, we'll take the one wire that has the 3 in it, and then, you'll take . Again, you set of detailed instructions will show you how to connect all of this. On your illuminated switch, there is a 1, 2, and a 3 listing on the pole. What you'll do is the red goes to the 1. We'll just go ahead and push that on. The blue goes to the middle one, which is the 2. Push that on. Then, the black goes on to the 3 post. We've got the illuminated switch all on there. Then, the last wire is our power. Again, the fuse is in there. We'll take the black wire and hook it to our ground. That's our ground wire. We'll take our red wire and hook it to our 12-volt power. There we go. Get those separated. Make sure they don't touch. Now what I'm going to go ahead and do is turn on the 12-volt power. Go ahead and turn off our overhead lights to give you an idea. It's dark now. Let me show you, here's the switch. You'll see when I push this switch, you can see that it illuminates to show you that lights are on. When you turn it off, it a round rocker switch. Turn it off, the lights are off. Turn it on. Then again, just to show you how bright it is. You can see the very bright. Again, it's 9 LEDs at 3 watts each, so 27 watts. Now what we're going to do is let me turn around and show you the pattern on the wall. You can sort of see the pattern it gives off. Again, it's a narrow 15-degree spot beam. Again, here's our switch. We'll just turn it off. We'll go ahead and turn off our 12-volt power. Go ahead and turn on our overhead lights. That should do it for the review on part number P10010.
