Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Putco stainless steel, Black Platinum Door Sills. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2014 to 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500, 2500, 3500 regular cab trucks and on a custom fit part like this I always like to recommend for you to go to our website use the fit guide, put on your year, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if this'll work for your application. Now, this does include four pieces of trim.
Basically it's two pieces for each front door. The trim will basically cover the interior door sill area and it protects your interior from any scuffs and scratches; adds a nice style and clarity your vehicle. It is a 304 stainless steel construction, it's very durable and rust resistant. As you can see has a nice UV stable mirror black finish to maintain color over time. Just want to zoom in so you can see a closer picture.
I turn this towards the lights, you can see the nice reflection, and then you can see on one end, it'll say Black Platinum by Putco. Now it is an easy installation. It'll let you customize your vehicle on your own. Basically you can see in the very back it has the peel and stick automotive grade 3M tape that you just peel off and stick it to your doorsill. And if you notice they are labeled driver's front lower.
And then right here, driver's front upper. Now this one I haven't taken the protective coating tape off. I've left that on two of them. And you can even see on this one it'll say passenger's front lower, passenger's front upper. So you'll have two for each door.
Now these parts are made in the USA. The length on these is 22 inches long. The depth of them is 1 1/4 inches deep, and the overall height is 3/4 of an inch tall. But that should do it for the review on the Putco stainless steel, Black Platinum Door Sills..
