I give Chris and his business a five star rating even though we did not go through with with the install. He realized that when I told him my trailer weight that my car was not designed to haul that! He asked me for the trailer specifications and realized that my SUV was not a good fit. He could have installed it and took my money. I appreciate his honesty and ethics. This is a 100 percent 5 star company….
