Brandon the owner contacted me back very quickly and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to set up an install date and he even came to my location which was very convenient. After seeing my car he let me know that he would need to get some additional parts as my car was missing them, and that it would be a little longer install time, which he handled that obstacle very well. I was very pleased with Brandon's service and will definitely contact him again if we are in need of a hitch installation again.
