Installer came out fully prepared and ready to complete the task. However the part did not fit- had a defect. Installer brought it back to his shop to repair the part and installed it- good to go! Great service!

The gentlemen who work at Hitch House are the finest crew of men I have dealt with ever! The manager, Ryan and his assistant Harrison, made my hitch and carrier installation flawless! They are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly. I, as a woman, am truly pleased with the explanation and instruction about I received from the front desk. I also want to mention the two installers that work at Hitch House.. They too were professional, congenial and adroit. I had read the the reviews before I used Hitch House and I understand why they receive rave reviews.
