For a gooseneck hitch that fits into the under-bed pucks used by the your Signature or Elite Series 5th wheel hitch, I'd recommend the Reese Elite Series Gooseneck hitch, part # RP30845.

Another option would be to use the Reese Under-Bed Rail Adapter, part # RP30156 along with a gooseneck plate like part # 49080. The adapter would pin into the pucks in your truck bed, and would provide rails for the # 49080 to clip into.
