The best way find the correct replacement leaf springs would be to measure from the center of each bolt hole on your existing leaf springs. Once you have the bolt hole to bolt hole measurement of your leaf spring you will want to add about 1"-2" to account for leaf spring wear. I have attached a help article that will further walk you through this process.

It sounds to me like your leaf spring eye hole to eye hole measurement is going to be about 25" therefore I recommend using the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring part # e27SR which are 26" long and have a weight capacity of 4,500 lbs.
