According to Yakima and the test fit we did here at the mighty etrailer.com HQ, the Yakima # Y02634 FullBack trunk mounted bike rack is indeed a fit for your 2019 Toyota RAV4.

As you can see in the provided demonstration video that the bikes are held pretty far away from the rear of the vehicle, so if you use the included wheel straps to keep the handlebars from rotating during transport you'll have no worries of the bikes hitting the vehicle. Plus, the anti-sway cradles prevent the bikes from swinging back and forth.

If you have a women's bike with a deep step through frame, you might consider a bike frame adapter like # UB01 that will span the distance between the seat post and the handlebar gooseneck to provide a level attachment point for the bike rack for better ground clearance.
