The Ram LED Lighted Vehicle Emblem could very likely work for you. The emblem have been different sizes year to year so you will want to measure yours to ensure that the height and width match the 5-3/4" wide x 6-1/4" tall this emblem offers.
To get power you can use the front running light circuit and ground the emblem to the chassis or run it through a designated switch in the cab.
Check your local laws to ensure that it does not violate any of them. Some areas will not allow a red light on the front of the vehicle. If that is the case use a switch to turn it on and off rather than the running light circuit.
