Considering the fact base plates are made for the 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible and it can be flat towed I'm sure they have. However, this can only be done with the five speed manual transaxle model with the gear selector in neutral. If you want to flat tow a 2004 Sebring you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, wiring, and a supplemental braking system. I recommend the following:
