I chose not to go with power mirrors. I'm glad I bought these, the fit is perfect, and the lower mirrors are fantastic to see cars in your blind spot even when not extended for towing. Very happy with my purchase. 2002 avalanche

great mirrors i can see much better now. they bolt right in to factory holes took me mabye ten min to put on. the only down side is the mirror comes out at a upward angle instead of being level which i think is because of the year of the truck not the product mabye make a line of mirrors special to that year but other then that great mirror
I got these mirrors to replace tripod mirrors damaged at a work site. They went on an '05 GMC Sierra 3500 HD with a reading wide truck box. They are plenty wide enough when extended for good visibility around the tool box. Quality seems good, mirrors hold their adjustment well when doors are opened and closed and the mounts are a perfect fit for the factory door mount locations. Two reasons for the four rating instead of five. First, the plastic trim over the mounts does not fit very tightly to the door, especially at the top... making them look like aftermarket mirrors. Second, the angle of the mirrors isn't quite right. Factory mirrors are straight up and down, while these angle in slightly at the top. Big, square mirrors like these should be perfectly vertical in my opinion... but they aren't angled enough to adversely affect their performance.
I would buy these again if they were damaged.
Etrailer's customer service on the other hand... was EXCELLENT. This is the second set of mirrors I purchased from them. These were out of stock, so I bought another slightly smaller pair that I didn't like at all. Etrailer took them back with no problems at all. I ordered these and etrailer kept me informed about the status of my order while I waited for the mirrors to be shipped from the manufacturer, and did not charge my card until they had shipped me my new mirrors. They will get my business in the future.
My experience with etrailer was outstanding. I was impressed with their customer service. The lady on the phone, "Tori" was extremely nice and helpful. I had my doubts about how difficult it was going to be to mount these mirrors. She assured me that I could do it. Let me tell you, if I can do it, anyone can. It only took me about ten minutes and it was so easy. The only reason I don't give it an excellent is because I haven't gotten to use my truck much since mounting the mirrors. Up until now; fantastic. They look like factory mirrors.

I bought the K Source Extendable towing mirrors one year ago, for a 1999 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado. They work very well. They are a huge improvement over the stock mirrors, especially when towing a 8' wide camper. They were easy to put on, probably took an hour or two. No complaints.

I bought these mirrors for my 99 GMC 3500.
They did not fit the hole pattern in the 99 3500 as my truck is a classic style.
That means it is a left over 98.
I put these mirrors on my 02 Chevy 3500 and they fit fine.
Very easy to install on the 02.
The mirrors on the 99 are very hard to get off, as the bolts are in recessed areas.

After 1 year the mirrors are still fine. I would buy them again if required. They offer good visibility and give an older truck the newer look.

Great service! Great price! Good quality! I purchased the tow mirrors so I could see the 30 foot silver twinkie that I pull. Easy installation and they look great on my Chevy Silverado! The only problem was one of the mirrors was not attached properly so it was loose in the packing otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. 25 year old son popped it back in to place. Great mirrors but the passanger side mirror should have a convex mirror on both the big and the small mirrors. The passanger side mirror has limited sight with the big mirror due to it not being convex and the ditance from the driver. The small bottom portion is convex tho. This is not an issue with the driver side mirror as it is much closer to the driver and offers a good field of view. My stock mirrors had a flat drivers side mirror but a convex passager side mirror.
The mirrors do not have any bonce that distorts the mirror while driving.
This review is after 2 days of use of these mirrors.

Mirrors arrived on time and in good condition. Installation was easy. Should help when towing our travel trailer. Viewing area is larger than with stock mirrors which will be an asset when backing.
Just received the mirrors last night and got them installed on my 2002 Chevy 3500. Only took about 15 minutes. Only tools required was a 10mm deep socket and ratchet.
Mirrors appear to be very high quality and a drastic improvement over the factory Chevy ones that are absolutely worthless on a dually truck. I’ll be testing them out the next two weeks with drives from OK out to ID and Washington state and back so we’ll see how they hold up!

I installed these mirrors on my 2004 Chevy PU. It only took about 30 minutes and was very easy to do. These mirrors make a huge difference in visibility. eTrailers ships very fast and the service is great.

I just installed these mirrors on my truck. they are absolutely great. extremely fast shipping. excellent customer service. the door panel does not have to come off to install unless the mirrors you need have power, heat or turn signals. the manual mirrors are a simple 10 minute install.
If I have a complaint it is only that the mirrors seem to tilt or angle slightly upward. not enough to lower to 4 stars.
Well built and look great. Very little vibration while driving. Would recommend. Do not anticipate any problems down the road
After 1 year of service, still happy with the mirrors. Good overall quality and value. Slight vibration in the passenger side at higher speeds, but not annoying. Would recommend.
The mirrors were larger than expected, but after holding them up to the truck they were perfect. We are able to see on either side of the travel trailer. We like the fact that the mirrors fold in and are sturdy.

Mirrors were top quality. Wish I was able to find some that would hook up to my existing inside mirror control. I had to manually adjust them which was kind of a pain. Other than that I was very happy with then.

This is a PRELIMINARY review, hence only "good" so far pending more info. They were dead nuts easy and quick to install, and look "OEM" to me. Haven't driven enough yet to comment on their stability and usefulness, stay tuned.....
