Today on our 2012 Ford Focus we're going to be taking a look at the inno roof rack system consisting of part numbers INXB108 and INXB115. Those are going to be the arrow cross bars. Part number INXS200, those are going to be the inner flush feet for the cross bars and part number INK528 and that's going to be custom fit kit which clamps onto your vehicle. Now we already have the front one installed and as you can see the arrow bars themselves have a nice aero-dynamic shape to them which is going to cut down wind noise and drag. The two bars together have a combined weight capacity of 165 pounds. However, you want to double check with your manufacturers instructions to make sure that your vehicle can withstand that weight. Let's go ahead and show you how the rear one goes on. We already have it partially assembled on our table here.
First of all what we will do here is open up this side and we have this bracket here which slides in like so. We'll then push that in all the way until this portion here is showing, that little area there in that. This metal bracket here is going to be inserted into there like so and slide out. We want to make sure that our cross bars spread on the interior here from this point to this point. It's going to be set. You're going to want to look at your instructions to make sure that these are the right measurements.
It looks to be set right. Then we'll take our included allen key here, insert it into the bolt right here and just tighten it down. Then we'll take our rubber foot pad here and insert it. Just push this into place. Finally, I'll move this around so you can see it a little bit better.
We'll undo this screw here and insert our clamp. Then I'm just going to insert that loosely. Okay, for now we're going to go ahead and open up our rear doors to set our bar into place. Set them down gently on both sides. Then we'll get our cross bar spread figured out. That's going to be measured from our center door jam out to the center of our bar.
Double check on this side. Okay. You can start tightening down. Try not to drop it. We just need to get this a little more even on both sides before I completely tighten it down. That's a little bit better. Once you get these snug on both sides, then you'll just tighten them down evenly going back and forth turning about five or six times or so. When that's nice and tight, we'll go ahead and get our covers which are lockable which will secure this to your vehicle, so there's no chance of theft or tampering. Slide them into place. Lock them down. Rinse and repeat for the other side. It looks like we're good to go. There you have it for the inno roof rack system on our 2012 Ford Focus.

This is the kind of customer support one hopes to receive when deciding to spend a few hundred dollars on a product. I will definitely return to etrailer if I need another car rack for our other car.
I am writing this review in the context of an owner of a Yakima roof rack system with round crossbars from a vehicle many vehicles prior to the 2021 Hyundai Tucson on which I just installed an INNO roof rack system with the INSUT Feet, INNO NB137 crossbars and 2 INNO INA391 roof bike racks. The INNO crossbars are rectangular in profile, rather than round, but with a grooved top that mates with the INSUT feet, the crossbars should stay firmly put where they are set in the feet. They do not weigh much, but feel pretty solid given their light weight and relatively thin metal walls. One change I would suggest to INNO is to put a factory mark on the center of the crossbars rather than supply a flimsy little decal for the user to measure and place on the crossbars. I never bothered to try to exactly center the round crossbars on my Yakima system, but it is important, at least on the naked roof of the 2021 Tucson, to properly space the feet from the center of the crossbars. I will probably eventually just put a dab of white touch-up paint to mark the center point.
This product exceeded my expectations!! Fit my 2014 Explorer with no issues. Extremely easy to install- took about 15 minutes, these crossbars are sturdy and fit perfectly in the INNO feet that secure to the roof rails- I will be hauling 2 paddle boards and have no doubts that they will travel well. I recommend this product !!
The kit etrailer put together contained all the parts I needed. It took a little figuring to determine how to put it together, but in total only about 30 minutes from box opening to mounting. Now that it is all sized and spaced, it should be much quicker to remount in the future.
I installed it on a 2016 Ford Focus hatchback. I am planning to carry a Thule Cascade 1700 XT rooftop carrier.
So far it looks good. The price was excellent. While driving, it has a bit of an humming noise, but it is not loud or annoying. I like that it has a full set of keys.
All told, it seems like a good product at a reasonable price point.
Really great value! No need to spend a lot on Thule. Even those these are square shaped I actually don't hear much road noise. Besides, you're gonna have music playing or riding with the windows down anyway. I would definitely buy these again.
First and foremost… YES! I would recommend this product to anyone, so def. read further. Price wise… well below what the more known name brands wanted for a similar setup. Product is well made , but if I had to point out one defect… the rubber shoe the rests between the factory roof bar and the inno feet detaches easily during install (see photo). I will figure out how to securely attatch it when I remove it, because (IMO) it's not one of those units that remains on perminantly.

Worked great! Held up a roof top tent all summer. No bending or damage from use.
They look good the only problem is that the brackets that grip the rail are too straight so that the pads do not meet the roof and they bend the crossbar
This model is not the most stylish and sleek roof rack but its sturdy and made with quality materials. Easy to set up and its even easier to put on the vehicle and take off the vehicle. I only put the rack on my Ford Focus when I go kayaking. Great bang for buck!
Waited till I put the new rack to work before review. Used it the first time today and it worked Great. Seems like a very durable rack system. Love that everything is rubber coated so it doesnt scratch the paint on your car. Installing instructions where a little confusing but found YouTube videos from etrailer on how to install exact rack system.

Work exactly as described and after a year, still in great condition.
Installation is easy. Just follow directions. Front bar parts are different than rear bar parts so you need to look at part numbers and use in correct location. Rack is only rated for 100 pounds but looks and feels much stronger than rating. As noted square bars do create lot of wind noise when driving. Purchase this product to carry my Canoe and it does that at almost $200 less than other rack systems on market. For me the square bars are better fit with ratchet straps to hold Canoe down. Hard to find ratchet strap with hook to fit areo bars.
Dislike. No way to level square bars. With car on level ground high point to high point on bars is level. But each bar is off by 1/8" front to back. Wish they were round bars.
Good morning so the order I got is amazing I have a old school thule roof rack that I needed the write stuff so can start putting bikes on my roof an my fishing gear or some small stuff for off roading an it works great I will be sure to be buying more stuff from this site great job with the shipping it was very fast an packaging was great it was easy to install an it looks great on my 03 Toyota tacoma thanks again
I did the research for a while looking at many different brands for a good quality crossbar at the right price. I came across this one a Japanese brand. As I read more about the brand it has been popular in Japan. I know Japanese product are top quality.
The crossbar, the footing and keys are made with high quality material. Instruction was very clear. Installation took about 10-15 minutes. I love that no tool required to do the install. No wind noise that I can hear at low speed. Have not tested at high speed yet. Overall, highly recommended to anyone looking for a crossbar from a great less polular brand but half the price of other more popular brand.
Just finished installing on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Do not waste your time with the cheap paper tape measure that’s my only negative complaint.. other than that the price was right and it looks great! I had to wait a couple months for back order parts but we’ll worth the wait! I have not driven with it yet so I’m assuming there will be wind noise but I’m used to that with having a Jeep renegade as my last vehicle with the cross bars. I’m excited to haul my kayaks!
Rack works great with my 2014 escape carrying a heavy 14 ft old Town and a 10ft kayak. Service is great, was missing 2 endcaps called them up and they sent them out next day.
