If you haven't already installed a trailer hitch receiver, I recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24913 which is a confirmed fit for your 2011 Toyota Corolla. I've attached a video of a similar install to assist.
Then for your trailer hitch receiver, you will need a ball mount and hitch ball. For this, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 3593 along with the 2 inch ball # 19258.
For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118459 which is a confirmed fit. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Toyota Corolla's wiring harness, which is located inside your trunk, behind the tail lights on both the driver's side and passenger's side. You will need to remove some interior trim or carpeting to access the harness. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse.
This combination will give you what you need to tow your tear trailer.
