Will Curt Weight Distribution Shank C17132 Work With Reese System RP66022
Question:
I currently have a Reese RP66022 weight distribution system and a 2.5inch Reese RP54977 shank. Unfortunately, the 5.75inch of that this Reese shank provides is 1inch to 1.5inch short of what I now need. I need a 2.5inch shank that will provide 7inch of . Is the Curt C17132 shank compatible with this Reese system?

Yes, fortunately the shanks for weight distribution systems are standardized so it is fine to use one brand of shank with another brand of WD head assembly. Curt Weight Distribution Shank for 2-1/2-Inch Hitches # C17132 will fit your 2-1/2-inch hitch and your Reese WD system # RP66022.
